Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping within the Delhi NCR for orders over 1000 INR. For orders under 1000 RS, a flat shipping rate of 200 RS will be applied. We ship orders via standard ground shipping and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Return Policy: We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at [inquiry@clock.org.in] with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
